In partnership with The Village of Pelham, the Pelham Chamber of Commerce announced that Pelham has been awarded a Business FIRST Downtown Improvement Grant (DIG) from the Westchester County Office of Economic Development. Pelham will receive comprehensive market analysis, a custom-designed strategic economic growth plan, six months of hands-on technical support and assistance, and up to $250,000 to support implementation efforts.
